摘要
研究了变质处理对高强度灰铸铁车削加工切削抗力、切削表面粗糙度、刀具磨损的影响规律,试验表明:大量、细小、弯曲、分布均匀的石墨有利于提高灰铸铁的强度和改善灰铸铁的车削加工性能;细小、交错分布的珠光体组织有利于提高灰铸铁的强度,但降低灰铸铁的车削加工性能。采用JF-1和JF-2复合变质处理,不仅使灰铸铁的抗拉强度超过含Mo灰铸铁的抗拉强度,同时具有更优良的车削加工性能。
The influencing rule of modification treatment on the turning-cutting resistance, roughness of machined surface andturning tool abrasion for the turning machining of the high strength gray cast iron was investigated. The test showed that largequantity of bending and uniformly distributing graphite is beneficial to increase strength of gray cast iron and improve itsturning property; the fine and staggering pearlite structure is beneficial to increase strength of gray cast iron but makes itsturning property worse. As the result of combined modification with both the JF-1 modifier and TF-2 modifier, the gray casirons not only have higher strength compared with Mo-containing cast iron, and also have more excellent turning properties.
