摘要
研究了球墨铸铁在(800±10)℃、(900±10)℃,单次变形量60%、30%的条件下,经不同方向多次压缩后石墨的形态变化和分布情况。结果表明,多向多次压缩变形时,石墨球在不同方向的应力作用下被剪切为小的石墨颗粒,大部分石墨球得到细化。在(800±10)℃下,单次变形量为60%的多向多次压缩变形可使石墨颗粒的形态和分布明显变化,细化效果显著。
Morphology evolution and distribution of the graphite in spheroidal graphite east iron were studied after repeated deformation in different directions at (800 + 10)℃ and (900 + 10)℃ with single reduction of 60% or 30%. The results show that the graphite spheres are sheared into fine graphite particles during repeated deformation under different stress directions. The morphology and the distribution of the graphite particles are changed significantly and the graphite particles are refined effectively after repeated deformation at ( 800 + 10) ℃ with single reduction of 60%.
