摘要
为探讨鼻咽腔非上皮性肿瘤与ＥＢ病毒（ＥＢＶ）之间的关系，应用ＰＣＲ检测鼻咽和头颈部非上皮性肿瘤５８例，并配合免疫组化表型分析。结果显示①ＥＢＶ与鼻咽及头颈部的横纹肌肉瘤（ＲＭＳ）、纤维肉瘤、幼年性纤维血管瘤、嗅神经母细胞瘤、恶性黑色素瘤无明显关系。②ＥＢＶ与鼻咽腔中线恶网（ＭＭＲ）、鼻咽癌（ＮＰＣ）存在密切关系，很可能在其发病中起重要作用。③ＥＢＶ在ＭＭＲ（Ｔ淋巴瘤）中的检出率明显高于身体其它部位的外周Ｔ淋巴瘤和Ｂ淋巴瘤。④ＥＢＶ感染可能与鼻咽部解剖部位和肿瘤组织类型有关。
Fifty eight cases of non epithalial cell tumors in the nasopharyngeal and cephalo cervical regions were studied to observe the correlation between EBV and non epithelial tumor. PCR combined with immunohistochemistry was used to study Epstein Barr virus DNA. The results suggest that:(1)There is no distinct relationship between EBV and RMS, fibrosarcoma, juvenile fibroangioma, olfactory neuroblastoma, malignant melanoma of the nasopharyngeal and cephalo cervical regions. (2)EBV infection is closely related to the development of MMR and NPC in nasopharynx and probably play an important role in the pathogensis of the two kinds of tumor. (3)The positive rate of EBV DNA in nasopharyngeal MMR is higher than that of peripheral T cell lymphoma and B cell lymphoma sampled from other sites of the body. (4) EBV infection may be related to the anatomical site of nasopharynx and the histological types of tumor.
