摘要 作者主要就植酸酶在肉鸡营养中的作用及其机理进行了综述,包括植酸酶减少肉鸡磷污染、促进生产性能、提高屠宰品质、改善营养物质的利用、影响植酸酶作用效果的因素等。 The present article reviewed the effect of phytase and it's mechanism in broiler nutrition with focus on decreasing phosphorus pollution to environment, promoting growth performance, increasing carcass parameters, improving the utilization of nutrients by phytase and factors influencing the effect of phytase.
