甘露寡糖对樱桃谷鸭生产性能、营养物质利用及盲肠菌群的影响 被引量:12

摘要 樱桃谷鸭日粮中分别添加0.05%、0.1%、0.2%和0.4%甘露寡糖,分析其对肉鸭生产性能、营养物质利用率及盲肠pH、主要菌群的影响。结果表明,添加0.1%的甘露寡糖可使肉鸭期末体重提高5.96%;平均日增重提高6.65%;干物质、粗灰分、粗蛋白的利用率分别提高9.21%、22.09%和10.64%;盲肠乳酸杆菌数量显著升高,大肠杆菌和pH显著降低。表明以添加0.1%甘露寡糖效果最好,其次为添加0.2%、0.4%和0.05%甘露寡糖。 In order to analyze the effects of mannan-oligosaccharide (MOS) on the production performance, nutriments digestibility, pH and main microflora in caecum contents, 0.05%, 0. 1%, 0. 2% and 0. 4% MOS were added into cherry valley meat duck diets. The results showed that in 0. 1% group, the final weight increased by 5.96% ; the average daily weight gain increased by 6. 65% ; the efficiency of dry matter, crude ash, CP increased by 9. 21%, 22.09%, 10.64%, respectively; the amounts of Lactobacillus significantly increased; E. coli and pH of caecum contents significantly decreased; the efficacy of MOS were in turn 0. 1%, 0. 2% , 0.4%, 0. 05% groups.
