摘要
知识管理对组织绩效产生着重要影响,如何建立有效的知识管理系统是重要的研究课题.从软件能力成熟度模型出发,结合组织知识管理流程,分析了基于能力成熟度的知识管理模型,提出了对应于不同知识管理能力等级的阶段性知识管理特征、管理目标和关键过程活动,为组织知识管理实施提供借鉴.
Effective knowledge management is the key factor for promoting enterprises＇ performance. With the capability maturity model, it analyzes organizational capability maturity for knowledge management and its key management process. It describes each state content of knowledge management maturity and expounds the characteristics, goal and key process activity of the framework.
