吡柔比星膀胱内灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发51例 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨吡柔比星（THP）膀胱灌注化疗预防表性膀胱癌术后复发的预期疗效和安全性。方法对51例浅表性膀胱癌术后患者应用THP（40mg）膀胱灌注，每周1次，共6次；以后每月1次，共6次。结果随访6～24个月，全组肿瘤复发率为17．6％，26例出现局部症状，均未出现明显全身性症状。结论THP用于膀胱灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发有满意疗效，体内应用安全性好。
