摘要
为提高飞机蒙皮的维修质量,研究了飞机蒙皮表面铈转化膜表面改性技术。通过检测氧化膜的膜重和耐腐蚀性,初步确定了配方的主要成分和工艺参数:Ce(NO3)3+KMnO4+Ce-1(添加剂),pH=1.5~2.7,温度25℃,时间5~9min。采取L9(34)正交试验法,优化了铈盐改性溶液的配方,并确定了最佳工艺条件为:14.0g/LCe(NO3)3,1.0g/LKMnO4,0.3g/L添加剂Ce-1,pH=1.5~2.7,温度20℃,时间15~25min。在相同试验条件下,用铈盐氧化液制备的转化膜的耐腐蚀性优于Alodine1001,能满足飞机蒙皮维修的要求。
The surface modification of LY12 Al-alloy based aircraft envelope by cerium conversion coating was studied,aiming at improving the repairing quality of the aircraft envelope.Based on measurement of weight and evaluation of corrosion resistance of the Ce conversion film,the bath for preparing the Ce conversion film was primarily determined to be composed of Ce(NO3)3 + KMnO4 + Ce-1(chemical additive),and the pH value,temperature of the bath,and conversion time were determined to be 1.5-2.7,25℃,and 5-9 min,respectively.At the same time,L9(34)orthogonal test was carried out to optimize the bath formulation and processing parameters as well.The optimized bath formulation was determined as 1.0 g/L KMnO4 + 14.0 g/L Ce(NO3)3 + 0.3 g/L additive Ce-1,while the optimized processing parameters were determined to be pH value of 1.5-2.7,temperature of 20℃,and conversion time of 5 min.Under the same test conditions,the cerium conversion coating obtained from the optimized cerium salt conversion fluid showed better corrosion resistance than Alodine-1001 obtained from Bombardier Corporation of Canada,meeting the demands for repairing of aircraft envelope.
