摘要
研究一种铝及铝合金化学氧化新工艺,工艺特点是利用低浓度氧化液,在铝工件表面形成无色氧化膜,能显著提高工件耐蚀性,保持基体的光泽,工艺简单,槽液稳定。
This paper discusses a new technology of colourless chemical oxidation for aluminium and its alloy. A very thin aqueous solution is used on the process to creat a colourless oxidation film on aluminium surface. This process, not only remarkably improving the corrosion resistance of the parts, but also remaining the metallic luster of underlying aluminium, is easy in technology and stable in bath solution.
