摘要
为解决某新型飞机表面旧油漆难以清除的问题,采用正交试验法对该型飞机旧油漆涂层干剥落的工艺参数进行优化。根据对脱漆率等指标的测试,确定了最佳工艺参数气体压力0.5MPa,气体流量3m3/min,喷射距离20mm,移动速度40mm/s。采用上述参数对该飞机表面油漆进行清除,脱漆率为99.8%,脱漆速度可达10m2/h,达到了满意的脱漆效果。
The peeling and removal of used paint coating on the Al-matrix surface of airplane by sand blasting was investigated. Thus the composition of and facilities for the paint coatings of airplane were analyzed. The optimized sand blasting parameters for the peeling and removal of the used paint coating of airplane were accordingly determined using orthogonal test, with the peeling rate of the used paint coating to be taken into account. It was found that the used paint coating on the Al-matrix surface of airplane could be removed at a rate of 10 m 2 /h and up to a percentage of 99.8% at an optimized gas pressure of 0.5 MPa, gas flux of 3 m 3 /min, spraying distance of 20 mm, and motion velocity of 40 mm/s. In other words, the sand blasting process could be well applied in the maintenance and repair of the paint coatings for the Al-matrix surface of airplane.
