摘要
研究了四种北柴胡提取物对小鼠体内外免疫功能的影响。结果：柴胡水溶部分及药渣水煎剂对小鼠Ｔ、Ｂ淋巴细胞均有刺激增生作用，４０％醇提物能促进Ｂ淋巴细胞的增殖，正丁醇提物则对Ｔ淋巴细胞增殖有增强效应。四种提取物均能增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能，但对抗体形成细胞无明显影响。研究还发现药渣水煎剂能刺激活化的Ｔ淋巴细胞分泌白细胞介素－２（ＩＬ－２），该结果可能是柴胡促进细胞免疫、抗肿瘤效应的机理之一。
The immunologic effects of four extracts of Bupleurum chinense DC(BCDC) on the immune cell of mice in vivo and in vitro were studied.Results:The water soluble part of BCDC and the decoction of BCDC were effective in promoting the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes on C57 BL/6 mice.40% alcohol soluble extracts were effective in facilitating the multiplication of B lymphocytes and bytanol solube extract had the enhancemet effects in T lymphocytic hyperplasa.The four kinds of extracts could enhance the phagocytosis of macrophage but had no affecton the plaque forming cells.Moreover,it was also found that the decoction of BCDC could increase the IL 2 level of murine T lymphocytes induced by ConA.The result suggested that BCDC might be one of the mechanism of enhancing cell mediated immunity and anti tumor function.
