摘要
运用协整和误差修正模型，采用1978-2005年的年度经济数据对我国东、西部财政支农与农业经济增长关系进行实证检验。结果表明，财政农业支出与农业经济增长之间存在长期均衡关系，西部地区两者之间的相关性更为显著，无论短期还是长期的财政农业支出，对刺激西部地区的农业经济增长都较为重要，而东部地区的长期性政策则更为有效。
By using cointegration and error correction model methods, this paper has calculated 1978 - 2005 annual economic data and analyzed Chinas eastern and western regions between agriculture financial expenditures and growth of agricultural economy. The results indicate that agriculture financial expenditures and growth of agricul- tural economy both have a balanced long - term relationship. Agriculture financial expenditures and growth of agricultural economy in western region are both more notable ; whatever short or long - term financial policy,it is more important to stimulate the growth of the agricultural economy in western region, while long - term policy on the eastern region is more effective .
