摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像(MS-CTA)评价迟发性脑血管痉挛(DCVS)形成及尼莫地平干预后脑血管动态变化的应用价值。方法将30只日本大耳白兔分为单纯蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)组和尼莫地平干预组,每组15只。采用枕大池二次注血法制作兔脑基底动脉DCVS模型,分别在造模前及造模后第1、4、7、11、14天行MS-CTA检查。原始图像三维后处理采用容积重建技术。结果单纯SAH组和尼莫地平干预组在造模后第1、4、7、11、14天基底动脉管径均明显小于造模前(均P<0.05);而单纯SAH组与尼莫地平干预组同一时间比较则无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论MS-CTA能快速准确地观察DCVS的形成及尼莫地平干预后的脑血管动态变化。
Objective To dynamically evaluate delayed cerebral vasospasm (DCVS) and effect of nimodipine therapy by multispiral CT angiography(MS-CTA). Methods DCVS was induced in 30 rabbit by injection of autologous blood into the cisterna magna followed by a second injection 24 h later. The animals were divided into subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) group (n=15) and nimodipine group (n=15); and MS-CTA examination was performed dl, 4, 7, and 14 after SAH. Source images were adopted by volume rendering (VR). Results The differences in diameters of basilar artery detected by MS-CTA in dl, d4, d7 and d14 after SAH were statistically significant(P〈 0.05), however, there was no significant difference between nimodipine group and SAH group ( P〉0.05 ). Conclusion MS-CTA can be recommended as a dynamic, rapid and reliable method for evaluation of DCVS and the effect after nimodipine therapy.
