摘要
尖锐湿疣（CA）是由HPV感染所致的生殖器肛周增生性损害，是目前流行最广泛的性传播疾病之一。传统疗法包括物理治疗如冷冻、激光、电灼和外科切除和化学疗法，三氯醋酸、鬼臼毒素、鬼臼树脂、5-氟脲嘧啶和干扰素治疗一般疗效良好，但由于亚临床感染与潜伏感染的存在，各种疗法都有着较高的复发率。目前针对尖锐湿疣的高复发率有一些较新疗法综述如下。
