摘要
目的比较3%硼酸液和0.1%利凡诺尔液在液氮冷冻治疗肛周尖锐湿疣后湿敷对疗效和减少不良刺激的作用差别。方法 119例肛周周围尖锐湿疣患者,冷冻治疗后随机分别采用3%的硼酸液湿敷(B组,n=63)或0.1%的利凡诺尔液湿敷(E组,n=64)。采用客观的指标,比较两组间疗效和不良反应。结果 105例患者完成治疗随访,B组53例,E组52例。创面愈合时间B组为6～30d,E组为7～29d;B组治疗次数为(3.68±0.81)次、E组为(4.10±1.26)次,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义。肛周水肿和局部溃疡等不良反应发生率,两组间差异均有统计学意义。结论 3%的硼酸液湿敷与0.1%利凡诺尔液湿敷相比,不仅可以提高冷冻的疗效,减少治疗次数,还可以降低不良反应的发生率。
Objective To compare the efficacy and adverse effects between 3% boric acid and 0.1% rivanol wet compress after treatment of crissum condyloma acuminatum with cryotherapy.Methods One hundred and nineteen patients with crissum condyloma acuminatum were enrolled into a randomized clinical trial.They were treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy,and then treated with wet compress with 3% boric acid（group B,n = 63） or 0.1% rivanol（group E,n = 64） respectively.The efficacy and adverse effects were recorded and compared between the two groups.A questionnaire about therapy exciting was conducted after treatment.Results One hundred and five patients completed the study,group B in 53 cases,group E in 52 cases.The wound surface was healing from 6 to 30 days in the group B,and from 7 to 29 days in the group E.The treatment times in the group B was（3.68±0.81） times,and（4.10±1.26） times in the group E.The treatment times and wound surface healing time between the two groups were significant difference.The adverse effects such as ede ma around anal,local ulceration during wet compress were significant differences between two groups.Conclusion With the 3% boric acid wet compress is a safer and more effective alternative method after cryotherapy treatment of crissum condyloma acuminatum compared with the 0.1% rivanol.
