摘要
针对人力资源管理的现状,分析了当前人力资源管理存在的问题,就建筑施工企业人力资源管理如何适应市场竞争形势作了初步探讨,以期提升企业管理水平,促进企业长远发展。
Aiming at the existing situation of human resources management, it analyses the problems existing in it, and gets the initial discussion to how the human resources management of architectural construction enterprise adapt the market competitive situation, to expect to increase the managing level and accelerate the long-term develop of the enterprise.
