摘要
阐述了在知识经济时代人力资源是我国经济发展的关键性战略资源,在此研究了知识经济与人力资源的内涵及两者的关系,着重归纳了知识经济时代人力资源开发和人才培养的措施,以期促进我国经济发展。
The paper illustrates the human resource is the key strategic source in the knowledge economy times,researches the connotation of the knowledge economy and the human resource and their relationship,and sums up the human resource development and measures to talents training in the knowledge economy times,so as to enhance the economic development.
