摘要
采用失重法及电化学方法研究了几种酸洗缓蚀剂对TU42C钢在硫酸溶液中腐蚀的缓蚀性能 ,探讨了缓蚀机理。试验结果表明 ,若丁、长城 3# 、兰 82 6的缓蚀效率按大小排序为兰 82 6 >长城 3# >若丁 ;兰 82 6和长城 3# 的最佳添加量在 0 .3% ,若丁为 0 .4%。极化曲线研究表明 ,兰 82 6、长城 3#
Inhibiting performance of several corrosion inhibitors for TU42C steel in sulfuric acidic solution was studied by weight loss test and electrochemical measurement and their inhibiting mechanism was discussed. Results showed that inhibiting efficiency was in order: Lan-826>Changcheng 3 #>Ruoding. The optimum concentration of Lan-826, Changcheng 3 # and Ruoding was 0.3%, 0.3% and 0.4% respectively. The polarization curves showed that Lan-826, Changcheng 3 # and Ruoding belonged to mixed type inhibitor.
