摘要
以包头市苏卜盖乡为例,对土默川平原地区农村土地利用情况进行了实地调研,发现该地区普遍存在着以农村废弃宅基地为核心的土地占用问题。在对该问题的成因进行深入分析后,提出了相应的建议和对策,以此来保护农村土地资源。
Taking the Supugai town of Baotou City as an example, spot investigation of rural land use situation in Tumochuan plain was carried out. It was found that the land occupation problem with rural disused housing land as the core was commonly existed. After thoroughly analyzing the causation of this problem, correlative suggestions and countermeasures were put forward, which protected the rural land resources.
