摘要
文章以大量调查资料和统计资料为依据，分析了我国土地占用中存在的主要问题，包括违法占地、超标占地、盲目占地、布局分散、土地闲置、灾害毁地、不合理结构调整占地等。
Based on investigation data and statistics,the paper analyzes the main issues related to land occupancy in China,including illegal,above average standard,unplanned,scattered dsitribution,unused,damaged by natural calamity and unreasonable structural adjustment in land utilization.
