摘要
现行宅基地使用权的取得制度中存在着权利主体规定的不明确、程序规则不合理以及登记制度不健全等问题。在今后的立法中,应明确界定宅基地使用权的主体条件,重构宅基地使用权取得程序的规则,完善宅基地使用权登记制度。
There are some deficiencies in the system of acquisition of the using right of rural housing land now,such as ambiguous regulation of subject,unreasonable regulations of procedure.Besides,institution of registration is not integrity.In the future,we should set prerequisite of subject and unified new regulations of procedure.We also should revise registrartion of acquisition of the using right of rural housing land.
