悬尾慢性应激对小鼠免疫系统的影响 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探讨小鼠悬尾慢性应激对免疫系统的影响。[方法]将20只小鼠随机分为悬尾应激和正常对照两组,每组10只,并称重,悬尾组小鼠被夹尾悬吊使小鼠处于绝望的慢性应激当中6 h/d,共10 d;应激结束后再次称重,处死小鼠取脾,计算脾重量指数,观察脾的组织病理学变化。[结果]悬尾组小鼠应激前后体重分别为(22.29±1.343)g与(21.82±1.471)g;对照组小鼠实验前后体重分别为(22.26±1.006)g与(22.73±1.302)g,应激后实验组小鼠体重低于对照组小鼠体重(P<0.05),应激组和对照组小鼠脾重量指数分别为0.40±0.013与0.47±0.029(P<0.05),脾组织病理学显示悬尾应激组小鼠脾脏红髓比例增大,白髓比例明显减少、脾小体缩小、分布及结构混乱,不规则。[结论]悬尾应激模型可用于应激对免疫影响的研究。 [ Objective ] To explore the effect of chronic stress ( the tail suspension) on the mouse immune system. [ Methods] The 20 mice were divided into tail suspension stressed group and the control group randomly and weighted, each group was 10 mice. The mice of stressed group were given tail suspension 10 days (6 h/d) to make them in despaired chronic stress. After stressed, the mice were weighted; the spleen of each mouse was taken out. The spleen indexes of the two groups were compared, histopathological changes in spleen were observed. [ Results ] Before stressed, the weights of the stressed group and the control group were (22.29±1.343) g and (22.26±1.006) g , while after stressed, the weights of the two groups were (21.82±1.471) g and (22.73±1.302) g respectively (P 〈 0.05 ). The spleen indexes of the stressed group and the control group were 0.40±0. 013 and 0.47±0. 029 (P〈 0.05 ) , and the stressed mice structure of the spleens were damaged , the red pulp increased and the spleen bodies were smaller than those of control group mice. [ Conclusions] The tail suspension stress can be used to study how the stress effect on the immune system.
