摘要
针对呼吸式幕墙存在的消防问题,利用计算流体力学方法对其火灾特性进行了数值模拟,研究了窗槛墙高度、防火挑檐宽度、热通道宽度、外幕墙破碎和室外风速等因素对幕墙通道内烟气流动特性的影响,得出了各因素对烟气蔓延速度、烟羽流温度、幕墙附近温度的影响规律。分析发现,增设防火挑檐、加宽幕墙热通道可降低烟气对上层幕墙的影响,而在0.8m高的基础上再增加窗槛墙高度并不能起到更好的防火效果;外幕墙破碎后,可将大部分烟气排出到外界空间,对上层幕墙的影响会减弱;室外风速会加速烟气的蔓延,但可降低烟气温度。最后对幕墙的防火对策提出了建议。
The present paper is actually concerned about its authors' simulated study on the fire prevention characteristics of double curtain wall by using the computational fluid dynamics for the curtain wall safety. For the research interest, the paper has studied the influence of such factors on the smoke movement, as the height of spandrel, the width of horizontal projection, the width of heat passage, the breaking of external wall, as well as the wind speed, etc. As a result, it has been found that: (1) The horizontal projection tends to reduce the influence of fire smoke ; (2) Higher spandrel seems to have no effect on the smoke movement; (3) After the external wall breaking down, most smoke tends to get discharged to the outdoor, which is likely to decrease the influence on other curtain wall of the smoke; (4) The wind speed tends to accelerate the smoke movement, though it may impede the increase of the temperature of the smoke. The above results have enabled us to formulate the fire-protection strategy described in the paper. And finally, conclusion can be made based on the following fire protection recommendations on the double curtain wall : ( 1 ) The design of fire protection of inner curtain wall has to be made to satisfy the relevant fire protection code; (2) Horizontal projection can be set up and the width of heat passage can be increased; (3)The fire-resistant or retardant performance of inner curtail wall should be made higher than the outer curtail one; (4) the top ventilator shouldn't be closed in case fire takes place.
