摘要
应用CFD计算流体动力学方法对双层换气幕墙的传热特性进行了全面的分析。在对双层换气幕墙的传热过程、传热方式进行了详细的阐述后,运用CFD紊流newk-ε模型对双层换气幕墙热通道的温度场、速度场、压力场进行了模拟计算,最终得出热通道空气层的对流换热系数和双层换气幕墙的整体传热系数。该对流换热系数作为双层换气幕墙传热分析的一个关键参数,对考察双层幕墙热工性能、经济性能有着重要作用。
Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is employed in this article for fully analyzing heat transfer of double skin facade system. Through illustrating heat transfer procedure and method , a new k-εturbulence model is applied for simulating the heat ventilation path of double skin facade system. Then the air temperature field, velocity field and pressure field in the heat ventilation path can be calculated by Ansys-flotran, a computer-software. Finally the convective heat transfer coefficient of heat ventilation and thermal transfer coefficient for whole double skin facade system can be figured out. As the key parameter in heat transfer analysis of double skin facade system, the convective heat transfer coefficient is very important in considering energy-efficient and economical performance .
