摘要
目的对中药知母进行化学成分的分析研究。方法通过硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等手段分离,利用理化性质和光谱方法鉴定。结果得到1个化合物,鉴定为(5β,25R)-26-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-呋甾-22-甲氧基-3β,26-二羟基-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷。结论该化合物为未见文献报道的新化合物,命名为知母皂苷BⅤ(timosaponin BⅤ)。
Objective To study the constituents of the extract from the rhizome of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.Methods A chemical constituent was isolated by silica gel and HPLC.Physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis were employed for the structural identification.Results Compound 1 was obtained and its structure was identified as(5β,25R)-26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-furostanol-22-methoxyl-3β,26-diol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-galacopyranoside.Conclusions Compound 1 is a new saponin which has not been reported before,named timosaponin BⅤ(1).
