云南地处祖国西南边陲,民族众多,有良好的生态环境和丰富的资源,云南酱的种类极其繁多。云南酱民族地方特色鲜明,具有形美、香溢、色艳、味醇、咸鲜的特点。云南各少数民族因其地理环境和风俗不同,酱产品品种也非常丰富。
Located on the southwestern tip, Yunnan has diverse nationalities, good environment and rich natural resources. Therefore, Yunnan has varieties of sauces. Yunnan sauce has local ethnical features, such as fine looking, bright color, savory, mellow, salty and delicious. Different geographical environments and customs also generate diverse sauces.
