摘要
酱文化是指由酱类调味品及其衍生物所生成的文化。中日两国一衣带水,文化交流久远而频繁,在饮食方面有不少相同之处,但由于两个国家历史和环境各异,饮食习惯也有较大差异,所以酱文化也不尽相同。具体表现在对酱的起源说法、酱的发展历史、酱的效用解析等方面呈现着差异。
Sauce condiment and its derivate brought into the formation of sauce culture. Neighboring to each other, Japan and China have had more cultural exchanges. Due to the different national background and environment, the differences and similarities coexist in diet customary and the sauce culture as well. The specific differences lie in the perspectives of the origin of sauce, the historical development of sauce and the analysis of the effect of sauce.
