摘要
采用位错理论解释振动消应力法降低和调整残余应力的机理,揭示振动消应力的效果与金属材料中的位错密度和位错组态的内在联系。详细分析位错的萌生、运动、增殖对滑移和塑性变形的贡献,从数学上阐述振动时效的内在本质。
The mechanism of vibration time - reduction and VSR explained by adopting to the theory of dislocation in this article, which reveals the internal relation between the results of vibration in metallic material. The germination ,movement ,proliferation of the theory of dislocation are analyzed fully for the contribute of plastic distortion and slippage. Then the internal essence of vibration.time- effect is illuminated mathematically.
