摘要
针对轴承零件 ( 2 3 1 48CA外圈、2 2 2 44内圈 )在磨削过程中出现的变形 ,试图通过在粗磨后增加振动时效(VSR)工序 ,以消除应力 ,提高轴承零件精磨后的尺寸精度。基于现场试验 ,应用动应力分析和残余应力对比测量 ,结合压磁法测量残余应力以及后续工艺精度跟踪 ,了解轴承零件振动时效过程的动应力状况以及内应力的变化 。
Aiming at deformation during milling process of a large number of bearing parts which types are 23148CA/01 and 22244/02,we attempt to relieve stress and improve size precision of beairng parts after extractive milling by adding Vibration Relief Stress (VSR) working procedure after coarse milling. On the basis of local test, we use dynamical stress analysis and residual stress measurement methods to know dynamical stress and inside stress status. At last, we link magneto-block method of residual stress measurement and size precision measurement of later technics with above two methods to study the feasibility of Vibration Relief Stress of bearing.
