摘要
目的评价多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)技术在主动脉夹层中的临床应用价值。方法采用测量循环时间或自动触发对46例主动脉夹层患者进行快速容积检查,原始图像在工作站行二维及三维重建。结果46例夹层动脉中Ⅰ型7例,Ⅱ型12例,Ⅲ型27例,显示真假双腔、内膜片41例,7例动脉夹层支架置入术后复查。结论MSCTA对主动脉夹层的诊断、分型及术后复查具有独特的优越性与重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the utility of multislice spiral CT angiography（MSCTA）in the diagnosis of aortic dissection. Methods Forty - six patients with aortic dissection underwent MSCTA which was performed by using a method of measuring circulatory time or self-triggering. The volume data of all patients were transffercd to workstation and reconstructed with 2D, 3D technique. Results Among 46 cases with aortic dissection, type I was found in 7, type II in 12 and typelll in 27. The true and false lumen with intimal flap in 41 cases were clearly showed. Seven patients were reexamined after stent implantation. Conclusion MSCTA has an unique superiority and important utility in the diagnosis, typing and postoperative reexamination of aortic dissection.
