摘要
目的 探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影在主动脉夹层中的应用价值。方法 对21例主动脉夹层患者进行CT血管造影，层厚2．5mm，重建间隔1．6mm，螺距1．25，对比剂用量100mL，注射速度3mL/s，延迟时间18-20s；将数据传输到工作站进行最大密度投影、多平面重建、表面遮盖显示、容积再现等处理。结果 21例中，DebakeyⅠ型5例，Ⅱ型3例，Ⅲ型13例。所有病例均很好地显示了主动脉全程及其分支，真腔、假腔、内膜片及夹层动脉瘤的部位、范围得到满意显示。结论 多层螺旋CT血管造影在主动脉夹层的诊断和治疗中有积极的临床应用价值。
Aim To investigate the clinical applicative value of multishce spiral CT angiography （MSCTA） in the diagnosis of aortic dissections （AD）. Methods MSCTA was performed on 21 patients with AD. The computed tomography was carried out with scanning thickness of 2.5 mm, reestablishing interval of 1.6 mm, pitch of 1.25, control reagent of 100 mL in an infusing speed of 3mL/s, and a delay time of 18- 20 s. All data were imperted into the workstation and analyzed by maximum intensity projection （MIP）, muhiplanner reformation （MPR）, shadow surface display （SSD） and volume rendering （VR）. Results Among the 21 patients, there were 5 cases for Debakey type Ⅰ , 3 for type Ⅱ and 13 for type Ⅲ All the images by MSCTA showed the whole length of aorta, real and false cavities, endothelium layer and aortic aneurysm with a very good quality. Conclusion MSCYA is of important clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of AD.
