凝血因子XⅢ与脑出血及继续出血

Association of intracerebraI hemorrhage and hematoma enlargement with FXⅢ

摘要 脑出血是指原发性脑实质出血,它是神经科的常见病和多发病,占全部脑卒中的10%~15%,是脑卒中死亡率、致残率最高的一种类型。以往认为脑出血的出血时间极短,一般于人院时出血已经停止,而临床症状的恶化多为脑水肿和并发症所致。近年来,随着CT等影像技术的普及,越来越多的研究证实脑出血继续出血引起的血肿增大是导致神经功能缺失的重要因素。
