亲子分离对农村留守初中生心身症状的影响 被引量:32

Negative Influence of the Absence of Parental Rearing among Middle School Students Left in Rural Areas

摘要 目的:探讨农村留守初中生亲子教育缺失对心理健康造成的影响,为有针对地进行心理健康辅导提供依据。方法:采用家庭亲密度、适应性量表和症状自评量表对466名农村初中生施测。结果:父母双方均外出的初中生其SCL-90的人际关系敏感、焦虑因子得分高于单亲外出和父母双方均在家的学生(1.7±1.0/1.4±0.7/1.4±0.7,F=3.24,P<0.05;1.4±1.0/1.1±0.6/1.1±0.6,F=3.50,P<0.05)。家庭亲密度和适应性量表得分双亲均外出的初中生低于后两者(61.5±12.3/65.9±8.4/67.0±9.5,F=7.13,P<0.001;38.7±7.1/42.5±7.2/42.3±7.5,F=6.15,P<0.01)。结论:父母外出打工造成了初中生亲子教育的基本缺失,降低了家庭的亲密度和适应性,这种家庭教育功能的弱化会对初中生的人际关系产生影响,会使他们在某一时期内产生焦虑的情绪体验。 Objective: To study the relationship between the absence of Parental rearing and psychosomatic symptoms of middle school students left in rural areas. Methods : The Chinese version of adaptability and cohesion evaluation scales and SCL - 90 were applied to investigate 466 middle school students left in rural areas. Results: Scores on interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety among the students with both parents went out for a job were higher than those with one parent stay home and those with both parents home ( 1.7 ± 1.0/1.4± 0. 7/1.4 ± 0. 7, F = 3.24, P 〈 0. 05 ; 1.4 ± 1.0/1. 1 ±0. 6/1.1 ± 0. 6, F = 3.50, P 〈 0. 05 ) . Scores on adaptability and cohesion among the students with both parents went out were lower than the other two groups. Conclusions: Parents went out for a job is associated with poor adaptability and cohesion of their children.
