Selection of Production Strains for ε-poly(L-lysine)

摘要 通过在分离培养基中加入170mg/LK2Cr2O7,0.002%亚甲基蓝可快速从土壤中富集产碱菌株,利用Dragendorff试剂与生物碱特有的颜色反应从产碱菌株中筛选生物碱产生株,对产生物碱的菌株的发酵液提取物进行结构分析,确定ε-聚L-赖氨酸产生菌株。 170mg K2Cr2O7 and 20mg methylene blue trihydrate were added in the substrate to separate the strains which could produce alkaloid. The strains were separated according to the color change of Dragendorff reagent and alkaloid reaction. Extractions from the fermented fluids were analysed, and the strains for ε-poly (L-lysine) were selected.
