针刺对快速性心律失常大鼠心肌Gi Gs含量的影响被引量：6

摘要目的:本实验制作大鼠快速性心律失常模型,以针刺大鼠"内关"穴为施加因素,激动性G蛋白(Gs)和抑制性G蛋白(Gi)含量和心电图为实验指标,说明"内关"穴调节快速性心律失常的作用机理。方法:电针刺激乌头碱所致的快速性心律失常模型大鼠双侧"内关"穴,观察针刺前后心律(率)及大鼠心肌细胞Gs、Gi的含量变化。结果:针刺治疗组与模型组相比相关检测指标有明显变化。结论:快速性心律失常和心肌中Gi、Gs有关;G蛋白在针刺内关穴对心律失常的调节中有重要作用。
