电针内关对室性期前收缩大鼠心植物神经放电活动的影响 被引量:13

Influences of Electroacupuncture at Neiguan (PC 6) on Cardiac Autonomic Neural Discharge of PVB Rats

摘要 目的观察电针内关穴对室性期前收缩(PVB)模型大鼠心电图、心交感神经和迷走神经放电活动的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、电针治疗组。氯化铯静脉注射致PVB模型,电针治疗组给予内关穴治疗,电针5min,留针10min,采用电生理学方法全程、同步记录大鼠心电图、交感神经心中支和迷走神经放电活动。结果造模后心电图出现典型PVB表现,心率显著减慢,迷走神经放电活动减少,交感神经放电活动增加,并具有统计学差异(P<0.05);电针治疗后心电图显示PVB消失,心率恢复,迷走神经放电增加,交感神经放电减少,均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论电针内关能改善PVB大鼠的心电活动,并对植物神经放电活动产生均衡性调节,电针内关对植物神经放电活动的影响可能是其发挥抗PVB效应的途径之一。 Objective To observe the influences of electroacupuncture(EA) at Neiguan(PC 6) on the electrocardiogram(ECG),discharge of sympathetic nerve and pneumogastric nerve in PVB rats.Methods SD rats were randomized into groups as normal control,model control,EA treatment.PVB was induced by intravenous injection of cesium chloride.Neiguan(PC 6) was treated with EA for 5 minutes in EA group with needle retention for 10 minutes.Electrophysiological method was applied synchronizingly for recording rats ECG,discharge of sympathetic nerve and pneumogastric nerve.Results Typical signs of PVB was manifested after modeling,with slowed heart rate,reduced pneumogastric nervous discharge and enhanced discharge of sympathetic nerve,with statistical differences(P0.05).ECG showed disappearance of PVB symptoms,recovered heart rate,increase in pneumogastric nervous discharge and decrease in sympathetic nervous discharge after EA treatment,with significant differences(P0.05).Conclusions The heart electrical activity can be improved by EA at Neiguan in PVB rat,accompanied by balanced regulation of discharging activity of the autonomic nervous.This effects may be one of the mechanisms of EA's efficacy on PVB.
