摘要
痴呆前轻度认知障碍在古医籍中没有完全相对应的病名。目前描述这一异常状态的中医术语大多沿用痴呆相关词汇,为准确客观反映和记录这一阶段,进而为证候学研究以及建立辨证规范奠定基础,我们从记忆力、语言、执行能力、判断力、计算力等方面入手,经长期临床观察并结合相关古医籍整理,探讨总结痴呆前轻度认知障碍相关中医术语,力求为该病中医术语规范化做出探索性的工作。
There are lacks of terms for mild cognitive impairment in pro-dementia in ancient medical literatures of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. Most of TCM terms for this abnormal state adopt the glossaries of dementia. In order to record the disease progress objectively and establish the fundamental terms for syndrome study and standardization of syndrome differentiation, we explored the standardization of TCM terms for the disease. The study is based on the long-term clinical observation and ancient medical literatures, summarizing the terms of TCM for describing mild cognitive impairment in pro-dementia from the ability of memory, language, executive function, sense, and calculation.
