摘要
轻度认知障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)是一种发生在老年人群的综合征,发病率占全球总人口的9.9%。近年来对于MCI的研究也越来越受到重视,它也正在成为痴呆早期诊断和防治研究中最为活跃的领域,现对近年来的研究成果从基础和临床方面进行归纳,为更好防治痴呆和治疗MCI提供新的思路和方法。
Mild cognitive impairment（MCI） is a kind of syndrome among elderly people,the incidence is 9 percent of the global population.More and more attention has been paid on the research of MCI,it is also the most active areas on the early diagnosis and treatment of dementia in.In order to provide new ideas and methods for better prevention and treatment of MCI,we have summed research findings of basic and clinical aspects of recent years.
