摘要
通过饥饿试验、初次摄食率和PNR(耐受饥饿的时间临界点)的确定、生长试验和饵料选择性试验,探讨了裸项栉鰕虎鱼早期发育阶段的摄食与生长习性。结果表明,裸项栉鰕虎鱼仔鱼在孵后12 h开口摄食,36 h的初次摄食率达100%,PNR发生在孵后48~60 h之间,孵后72 h仔鱼的初次摄食率降为0;饥饿死亡高峰期发生在仔鱼孵后第4 d,第5 d全部饥饿仔鱼死亡;裸项栉鰕虎鱼0~55日龄的全长日均增长0.263 mm,其中0~23日龄仔鱼相对生长较快(日均增长15.26%),24~33日龄稚鱼的生长较慢(日均增长0.176 mm),34~55日龄幼鱼的绝对生长加快(日均增长0.320 mm);生长差异随着幼体的生长呈增大趋势;幼鱼饵料喜好性排序依次为卤虫幼体、蒙古裸腹溞、轮虫。
Experiments on starvation, the initial feeding rate, the point-of-no-return (PNR, when 50% larvaes are no longer strong enough to feed), growth and selectivity of food were conduct to study on the feeding and growth of Bareneck goby in early developmental stage. The results showed that larvaes of Bareneck goby begin to feed within 12 h after hatching out and the initial feeding rate usually reaches 100% within 36 h. The PNR is during 48 h to 60 h post hatching, and it can not feed after 72 h with hunger. The death peak reaches on the fourth day and all unfed larvae die on the fifth day post hatching. Total length increases 0.263 mm averagely a day in early developmental stage. The larvae grows fast relatively at 15.26% and the juvenile is slow with only O. 176 mm raising in total length, the young lengthens 0.320 mm averagely everyday however. It showed that an upward trend in individual difference with growth of Bareneck goby. Nauplii of Artemia is the preference bait and the next one is Moina mongolica Daday, rotifer is sorted as the last bait for young of Bareneck goby.
