摘要
介绍了以万寿菊干花粉为原料,通过改变溶剂种类、提取时间等条件对叶黄素提取率的影响进行了研究。结果表明:浸提溶剂采用氯仿-乙醇3∶2的混合溶液,浸提次数2次,物料比1∶10,浸提时间每次浸提2 h,皂化时NaOH的浓度5%,皂化时间8 h,提取效果最佳。
Based on a series of extraction and separation of marigold flowers materials testing, a preliminary study for its extraction conditions was carried out. In conclusion, during the extraction of lutein from marigold flower, extract solvent is the chloroform -ethanol =3:2 Voil mixed solution, extraction is 2 times extraction and feed ratio is 1: 10, time is 2 hours, concentration of NaOH is 5%. Saponification time is 8 h. The best results was gained.
