摘要
以废玻璃、轻质材料和粉煤灰为主要原料研制的新型泡沫玻璃和微晶泡沫玻璃,其中微晶泡沫玻璃可作为轻质的承重墙体材料,泡沫玻璃可作为轻质的非承重墙体材料,它们具有轻质、高强、隔热、隔音等许多优点,它们以工业废弃物为主要原料,减少了对环境的污染,对资源的利用更加充分。本研究工作为以后进行工业化生产和新产品的研究奠定基础。
The main raw materials for making foamed glass and micro-crystallographic foamed glass are waste glass, light-density material and fly ash. Micro-crystallographic foamed glass can be light bearing wall material and foamed glass can be light cladding wall material. They are characterized by light desity , high strength,heat insulation, high temperature proof and sound insulation, etc. They decrease the environment pollution and make more use of resources. Also we did work to facilitate the industrial manufacturing and further product researching.
