透明细胞肉瘤诊断与治疗 被引量：7

摘要 透明细胞肉瘤是一种少见的软组织恶性肿瘤,目前在其病理学和分子生物学特点、临床特征及治疗等方面仍存在争议。其组织学和免疫组化特性与恶性黑色素瘤十分相似,但目前通过分子生物学方法已可将两者区分。虽然透明细胞肉瘤生长缓慢,影像表现类似良性肿瘤,但复发率和转移率很高。早期诊断和正确处理是治疗透明细胞肉瘤的关键。多数学者认为早期肿瘤经完整手术切除联合术后放疗可降低局部复发率,是目前较好的治疗选择。但是对淋巴结清扫及化疗作用还存在诸多争议,许多患者化疗效果令人失望。新的化疗方案和生物免疫治疗在透明细胞肉瘤治疗中有一定的前景,但还需进一步临床研究加以证实。
