摘要
探索适合于目前心理健康教育现状的师资培养模式,以改善教师心理健康意识能力,提高学生心理健康水平。整群抽取涪陵中锋中学和中锋小学为实验学校,对全体教师进行了为期12周的参与式心理健康教育师资培养模式的实验,并以涪陵酒店中学和酒店小学为对照学校。结果表明该师资培养模式的实验取得了明显的效果,原因是由于该模式符合普及化和专业化相结合的发展趋势;重视学校领导、教师、学生和家长的参与;培训手段灵活多样,体现了教师参与的主体性;比较切合心理健康教育现状中存在的问题。
This article tries to find out a effective teacher training mode for rural school mental health education in order to influence the teachers' mental health ideas and improve the students' health level. Four rural schools were divided into an experimental group ( Fuling Zhongfeng Middle School and Fuling Zhongfeng Primary School) and a control group( Fuling Jiudian Middle School and Fuling Jiudian Primary School). The results shows that the teacher training mode is effective because: (1) the mode is accorded with the tides of popularization and specialization; (2)we think it is important that school presidents and teachers and students and the students' parents would attend the training processes; (3) the training means are agile and diversiform; (4) the mode thinks much of the current problems in rural school mental health education.
