我国中小学心理健康教育教师的现状及其对策 被引量:19

摘要 搞好心理健康教育关键在教师,我国中小学心理健康教育教师存在"专业人员少;专职人员少,临时兼职多,违规操作多"的状况,应通过在职教师培训和职前培养相结合、资格认证制度与政策支持相配套等措施,加强中小学心理健康教育教师队伍建设,提高中小学心理健康教育成效。 The key to doing a good job of mental health education lies in the teachers, of whom the present situation in primary and secondary schools is 'a shortage of both professional and fulltime teachers, and the fact of too more parttimers and operational procedure violators'. The teaching body and the effect of mental health education should be heightened by adopting the measures of a combined inservice and preservice training, the system of qualification appraisal, the support by the policy.
