摘要
搞好心理健康教育关键在教师,我国中小学心理健康教育教师存在"专业人员少;专职人员少,临时兼职多,违规操作多"的状况,应通过在职教师培训和职前培养相结合、资格认证制度与政策支持相配套等措施,加强中小学心理健康教育教师队伍建设,提高中小学心理健康教育成效。
The key to doing a good job of mental health education lies in the teachers, of whom the present situation in primary and secondary schools is 'a shortage of both professional and fulltime teachers, and the fact of too more parttimers and operational procedure violators'. The teaching body and the effect of mental health education should be heightened by adopting the measures of a combined inservice and preservice training, the system of qualification appraisal, the support by the policy.
