摘要
针对复杂零件异地协同制造的资源优化配置问题,提出敏捷加工路线的概念,建立以工艺流程为核心的制造资源优化配置概念模型和过程模型。将制造资源优化配置问题归结为逻辑制造单元—物理制造单元映射、物理制造单元排序筛选和敏捷加工路线的优化生成三过程,并分别给出了其实现方法。最后,论述了网络化制造资源优化配置平台的构建,并应用于某型号发动机叶片协同制造,验证了优化配置过程模型的可行性和实用性。
To deal with networked collaborative manufacturing resources optimization deployment problem, a new conception, Agile Manufacturing Process (AMP) was defined. For the purpose of AMP's creation, the basic conception model and process model of manufacturing resources optimization deployment were constructed by taking processing flow as core. And the networked manufacturing resources optimization deployment process model was summarized as three basic sub-processes: Logical Manufacturing Unit (LMU)-Physical Manufacturing Unit (PMU) mapping, filtering PMU and AMP optimization and creation. Realization methods for these sub-processes were also provided. Finally, the establishments of networked manufacturing resources optimization deployment platforms were discussed, and the application process as well as operation result were analyzed by taking the turbine blade of an aero engine as a typical case. Feasibility and applicability of the process model were verified.
