摘要
在分析电子政务协同服务过程关系模型与特点的基础上,提出以协同体为基本单位,协作成员、协作任务等为要素,分析与定义协同体、协作任务、协同服务的逻辑关系和协作规则,并设计出政务协同服务的元模型。该模型能实现电子政务协同服务链动态构建,以此探索政务协同服务的实现方法,提高电子政务群体协同服务的质量。
The relational model and characteristics of e-government collaborative services is analyzed in the paper,the collaborative unit is designed as the basic unit that is composed of the collaborative members, collaborative tasks, etc. Then the collaborative logic re- lations and regulations are analyzed and defined for the collaborative unit, collaborative tasks and collaborative service. Therefore, the collaborative service meta-model is designed. The main idea of the modal is to improve quality of the e-government collaborative service through constructing the dynamic sequence of collaborative services and exploring the methods for E-government collaborative services.
