摘要
随着转Bt基因棉花的大面积推广,棉花早衰现象日趋严重,成为限制棉花单产的重要因素。棉花早衰可通过外部形态、经济性状和生理生化等指标来判断,它是内部因素和外部因素综合作用的结果,与库源关系、根冠关系、碳氮代谢和激素平衡等有密切的联系,受气候条件、栽培管理措施和土壤肥力等因素的影响或诱发。深入研究早衰与库源关系、根冠关系、碳氮代谢和激素平衡以及衰老相关基因表达等的联系,有利于全面、深入地揭示棉花早衰的机理,并最终解决早衰问题。
With wide extension of transgenic Bt cotton, premature senescence in cotton is aggravated, and becomes to be a limiting factor for yield improvement of cotton. Premature senescence can be determined by its external performance, economic characters, and related physiological and biochemical parameters of a cotton plant. Internal factors and external factors can cause premature senescence, such as the cotton varieties, climates, culture management and soil fertility. Premature senescence is closely related to sourcesink ratio and root-shoot ratio, the carbon and nitrogen metabolism, the balance of hormones and the related gene expression. Further research on sink-source, root-shoot, nitrogen and carbon metabolism and agingrelated gene expression are of great benefits for documentation of the mechanism and settlement of premature senescence.
