不同短季棉品种离体子叶衰老过程中的生理生化变化 被引量:5

Biological and Biochemical Changes in Isolated Cotyledons of Short-Season Cotton Varieties Under the Processes of Induced Senescence

摘要 不同类型短季棉品种的离体子叶在暗处理诱导衰老条件下,随着处理时间的延长叶绿素含量逐渐降低;蛋白质含量处理0~1天下降,1~5天又上升,5天后迅速下降;过氧化氢酶(CAT)前3天变化不明显,后期活性下降;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性前5天逐渐升高然后下降;中16两选系(中119和中427)过氧化物酶(POD)活性前3天基本不变,然后逐渐升高,而中10和辽4086前3天迅速升高,随后又迅速下降。短季棉品种在各项指标基本趋势一致的情况下仍存在着显著的差异。早衰型中10,后期各项指标下降速度最快;早熟不早衰型中16(中119与中427),后期下降速度较慢;晚熟型辽4086前期各项指标不高,但后期下降幅度较小,仍能保持较高水平。 Biological and biochemical changes in isolated cotyledons of short-season cotton varieties were studied under the processes of induced senescene in darkness.Chlorophyll co- tents in various isolated cotyledons decreased gradually with the darkness lasting longer,but protein contents in various isolated cotyledons decreased after the first day dark treatment, then increased until the fifth day later,that happened after they decreased again.Catalase (CAT)activity remained stable during the first three days and then decreased rapidly.Super- oxide dismutase(SOD)activity increased quickly during the first five days and then decreased slowly.Peroxidase(POD)activity in isolated cotyledons of zhongmian 16(zhong 119 and zhong 427 lines)was steady during the first three days and then increasd gradually,while per- oxidase activity in isolated cotyledons of zhong 10 and Liao 4086 increased rapidly during the first three days and then decreased quickly.All the changes except POD activety in short-sea- son cotton varieties have similar trends but significant differences in quantity among cotton va- rieties.At the later stage of darkness,all the biological and biochemical values,changing in isolated cotyledons of Zhongmian 16(zhong 119 and zhong 427 lines)with early maturity but not early senescence were higher than those of zhong 10 with early senescence,which were the lowest,and lower than those of later maturity variety Liao 4086.
