摘要 目的研究禹州漏芦(Echinops latifoliusTausch)噻吩类化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶柱层析分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果从禹州漏芦中分离得到6个噻吩类化合物,即5-(丁烯-3--炔1)-2,2′-联噻吩[5-(but3-en-1-ynyl)-2,2-′bithiophene,1]、α-三联噻吩(-αterthienyl,2)、卡多帕亭(cardopatine,3)、5-乙酰-基2,2′-联噻吩(5-acetyl-2,2-′bithiophene,4)、5-(3-乙酰氧基-4-异戊酰氧基丁炔-1)-2,2′-联噻吩[5-(3-acetoxy-4-isovaleroyloxybut-1-ynyl)-2,2-′bithio-phene,5]、5-(4-羟基丁炔-1)-2,2′-联噻吩[5-(4-hydroxybut-1-ynyl)-2,2-′bithiophene,6]。结论化合物4-6为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of thiophenes from the roots of Echinops latifolius Tausch. Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column and identified on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. Results Six thiophenes were isolated and their structures were identified as 5-(but-3-en-l-ynyl)-2, 2'-bithiophene (1), α-terthienyl (2), cardopatine (3), 5-acetyl- 2, 2'-bithiophene (4), 5-(3-acetoxy-4-isovaleroyloxybut-l-ynyl)-2, 2'-bithiophene (5) and 5-(4-hydroxybut-l-ynyl)-2, 2'-bithiophene (6), respectively. Conclusions Compounds 4 - 6 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
