摘要
从茜草科植物白花蛇舌草Oldenlandia diffusa (Willd)Roxb.中分离得一新天然成分 4,4’-二羟基-α-古柯间二酸,为环丁烷衍生物,通过光催化环丁烷加成试验验证,该化合物应为植物体内代谢形成,而不是提取分离过程产生的物质。
A new natural product, 4,4' -dihydroxy-a-truxillic acid (Ⅰ) was isolated from Oldenlandia diffusa (Willd) Roxb. Ⅰ is a derivate of cyclobutane, which were obtained chemically by photochemical reaction. Our works confirmed that the compound is a plant metabolite, not a secondary product produced during its extraction and isolation.
